BiContinental Inc is located in Los Angeles, California. Our mission is to help US companies to cut cost on IT projects while maintaining high quality by outsourcing projects to China. There are abundant highly skilled IT professionals in China who are capable of designing and implementing various IT projects with quality, while at fractional cost comparable with US talents. Having links in both US and China and familiar with cultures on both sides, we are the bridge for the two continentals.
